Information We Collect
When you use our website and enrollment portal, we collect the information you provide directly to us: names and contact details for parents and guardians, child enrollment and health information submitted through the enrollment application, inquiry details, contact form messages, and job application materials (including resumes). We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to process enrollment applications, respond to inquiries, communicate with families about enrollment and program updates, meet Washington State DCYF licensing and record-keeping requirements, and evaluate employment applicants. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing With Third Parties
Certain enrollment information — such as immunization records, ECEAP eligibility documentation, and CACFP meal program records — is shared with Washington State DCYF and related agencies as required by law and by the programs your family participates in. Otherwise, your information is only accessible to Parkview staff who need it to serve your family.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All enrollment and program information about children is submitted by their parents or legal guardians through the enrollment portal, and is protected as described in this policy.
Data Retention & Security
Enrollment and licensing records are retained as required by Washington State childcare licensing rules. Records are stored in access-controlled systems, and we apply role-based permissions so staff can only see the records their job requires.
